Top 10 Phablets With 5-Inch Screen Below Rs 15,000

By Sanjay on December 10, 2012

According to the size of smartphone/tablets, they are categorized in to phone or tablets. A 7 inch device is known as a tablet. It may or may not have the calling feature. A smartphone below 5 inch screen is known as a phone. But devices above 5 inch and below 7 inch are known as Phablets

There was a time when we all thought that a 5 inch phone might be too big in our hand. But Samsung with their Galaxy Note changed the way we looked at phablets. Galaxy Note was a big success and recently launched Galaxy Note 2, too is doing well in terms of sales. Looking at the success of Galaxy Note even LG launched its phablet Optimus Vu, but didn’t get as good a response as Galaxy Note/Note 2. In India people are always looking for cheaper handsets and many companies have launched 5 inch phablets at much lower price than Galaxy Note or Optmus Vu. Lets have a look at all the 5 inch smartphones available in India below Rs 15,000.

No there is no problem with Zync Z5, but Micromax Canvas 2 A110 is the most popular in India and even Lava Iris 501 is good, if you are looking for options. And now there are quad core handsets available below Rs 10,000.
